Refund Policy

This policy provides general refund principles for credit packs bought from Manga Translator, unless different terms are shown for a particular purchase.

1. Failed Pages

Pages that fail to translate are never charged: the free page or credit is returned automatically, with no request needed.

2. Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed reasonably and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility may depend on the time since purchase, how many of the credits have been used, duplicate or unauthorized charges, technical failures, and suspected abuse. Packs that have been substantially used are generally not refundable unless required by law or the service was not provided as described.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible and include your account email, the purchase date, and a brief explanation.

4. Processing

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled by the payment provider or financial institution. When a purchase is refunded or disputed, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance; credits already used are not charged back, and the balance never goes below zero.

5. Applicable Terms

Any purchase-specific terms presented at checkout apply together with this policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. We may update this policy as our offerings evolve, and the version applicable at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.
