1. Information We Handle

We handle information you provide or generate while using the service: your email address (and, with Google sign-in, your Google account name and picture), purchase status, support communications, the pages you upload and their translations, and technical and usage data such as which language a page was translated into and whether it succeeded.

To count free pages we store keyed hashes of your IP address and of a device cookie, not the raw IP address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive the amount, currency and status of a purchase, never your card details.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the service; process purchases; prevent fraud and abuse; communicate with you; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Pages and Retention

Uploaded pages are used only to translate them. We do not keep your pages or translated results on our servers, and we never use them to train models. Pages are sent to our translation provider for processing; copies used for that processing are deleted as soon as practical, generally within several hours. Translated results are returned to your browser.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language, and count free pages, and analytics cookies to understand how the service is used.

5. Protection and Security

We take privacy seriously and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls where appropriate. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information throughout its lifecycle.

6. Service Providers and Disclosure

We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, payments, AI processing, email delivery, and analytics. They may process information only as needed to provide those services and under their applicable terms. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights.

7. Your Choices and Contact
